Yes.

For Engineering transfers, it is critical that you take the appropriate courses in your first two years.

This may vary by school/Engineering discipline, but usually involves Calc I,II and/or III; Physics (calc-based) Chem, some electives (Hum/Soc Sci), possibly a Programming course....

Check the freshman and sophomore recommended course schedule for your target school(s) and replicate it as closely as possible.
