| I prefer to do light lifting (10-25 lb dumbbells) so it makes no difference to me. I can't bench much and my muscles aren't bulging, but I can do my fair share of pushups. I find muscular endurance better than muscular strength.
I also try to practice at the shooting range when I can, but ammunition prices skyrocketed more than gas prices in the last 4 years. A great exercise is to maintain the standing shooting position with a firearm for extend periods of time while on target with both eyes open. |
