Who says he's living in America? I believe he's living in Mexico under a different alias someone found it as a clue from one of his raps I can't remember which that he was living in mexico. And hes black, not to be racist, but he doesn't have any striking features at all to distinguish himself from other blacks. Theres a reason there were videos of tons of black guys that looked like Tupac. Pac is a smart guy, he knows how to hide, He'd been planning it for years anyway. He even said he was tired of living the thug life and wanted to get out of the spotlight.
