| Just saying that's why you should call. Email is too limited because it won't resolve what you think is a problem...and it sounds like that to me. Of course they 're going to give you the standard reply. Call - tell them that you believe something is wrong and you want to check it out. They will help you. Or you could just wait and not call and find out whenever!
