Yes, it is difficult to transfer into Park from any of the other schools as Park is one of the most competitive, it can be done but you have to have a high GPA and a reasonable amount of credits.
I'm not sure if you can apply to exploratory as your second choice. I think you might be able to, but being exploratory doesn't really benefit you unless you really don't want to declare a major in any other field.
I definitely recommend applying as early as you can, I was never planning on going to Ithaca so I didn't push myself to get the application in early and I definitely regret that, it's much easier to just be in Park than have to worry about transferring in. |
