People make Quill and Dagger out to be bigger than it actually is. It's essentially just the leaders of cornell's major organizations. You have the president of IFC and Panhellenic, Cornell Sun Editor-in-Chief, Head of slope day programming board, head of Into the Streets, president of Student assembly, and just general campus leaders. I personally know about 5-6 people in the last tapping class and it seems to me like Q&D is just a drinking and social organization. The new tapping class is printed in the Cornell Daily Sun each semester. Sphinx Head is similar but it is more low-key and based around service leadership.
"The White Party" is thrown by the Sigma Alpha Epsilon (SAE) fraternity.
