My S attended this year's (2008) SLS. He says he remembers filling out online applicaition but doesn't recall sending in anything. They asked for any of the standardized test scores (PSAT,SAT,or ACT) doesn't matter which one and your school info such as GPA, sports, and leadership positions (?). Hope it helps.
