hey how do u guys think my chances are getting in to UGA are?

gpa: 3.86
ACT: 31
SAT: 1310
CC: mostly honors classes, 5 aps total

I currently attend a high school in Georgia that adds 7 points to honors and AP classes. UGA does not take off the 7 points right?(i sure hope not....)
Also does UGA include the essay in the writing section of the ACT as part of the composite score?

btw: im applying for early action
btw2: my class rank is somewhere in the top 20-25% range.......my highschool is extremely competitive does UGA consider this factor?
