Relax and be yourself, the interviewer is there to help you, not hurt you.
The interviewing AAP/AO probably won't ask questions about things that are already on your application (grades/SAT scores/etc), he/she is looking for things that might not come across on paper: motivation, character, enthusiasm, etc.
Always be prepared to answer things like "Why do you want to attend" and "What is your biggest disappointment/accomplishment" and other "How/Why" questions that will encourage you to open up and talk about yourself more than a simple review of your resume.
