Good grades. I recommend the SAT if you didn't take it yet, and apply for early action. The CGA, more than other service academies, lose to see volunteer work and humanitarian work. NHS is great - participate a lot and try running some events. That's what I did.

Try to find something that helps you stand out. I, for example, took flying lessons my senior year, and got my license before Swab Summer began. Also, make sure you choose to have an interview.
