I'm sitting here with a lump in my throat, fighting back tears.
I just cannot thank you all for the kind words, for the unconditional support and for standing so strong. It's especially uplifting to hear from other parents whose children are gay.
Thank you, thank you so much. My son is 16, so I don't know how lucky he feels to have the parents he does right now but his father and I sure feel lucky to be the parents of this boy.
