^Not necessarily. Sure, it's easy to label them as liars. But think about it: these 2400-scoring people are obviously very focused on academics, and they clearly care a lot about what they score. Otherwise, they probably wouldn't be such high scorers. Now, if you were take a group of highly motivated individuals who are very concerned about their SAT scores, what are the chances that ~20% of them frequent CC, the biggest forum for college prep? I'd say pretty high. It's only 20% of them, after all.
