oops! i did not see that one, however i am in the unique position of receiving both SSI and SSDI from the feds, so double yippie for me!!!!

maybe the feds will clarify what they mean by "social security benefits" at a later date...after all there is more than 1 type of social security benefit out there today!
i managed to download a draft copy of the 2009-2010 FAFSA so i will take a look and see what it says about that issue....
