My daughter did really well in Tennis all four years of high school but she doesn't want to do it in college, she'd cheer (another sport she was involved in) before she'd play tennis.
Anyway, D has been accepted to 4, deferred at 2, and waiting for 2 rolling admissions and 2 others with results expected on 12/3 and 12/5. With the 4 she's already been accepted to, she is seriously considering two, even if she gets accepted to the other 4. She would have liked to attend the 2 deferrals, but those were her "reach" schools. She should be proud she was deferred and not flat out denied!
