Most people take either Math I or Math II; I've never heard of anyone taking both, much less colleges accepting them as two different tests. Besides, Math II is basically Math I with some extra topics slapped on, so proving to colleges two times over that you can do math on an SAT Subject Test isn't going to count for much.
