  • Extracurriculars (place leadership in parenthesis): Just the major ones: varsity fencing, environmental volunteering (school recycling manager), Debate Club (founder/co-president), Literary Magazine (editor-in-chief), Art Club (treasurer), NHS, bilingual community production of The Vagina Monologues for charity
  • Job/Work Experience: working at my dad's office one summer.
  • Volunteer/Community service: assorted environmental/aforementioned vagina-related things.
  • Summer Activities: a bit of volunteering+Girls' Leadership Workshop 2007, TASP 2008
  • Essays: One was very personal and heartfelt; the other was original but not my best work.
  • Teacher Recommendation: One was stunning (i.e., the teacher said that I was the single best student that she had ever met). I have no idea about the other one.
  • Counselor Rec: I dunno. He's a nice guy.
  • Interview: Didn't have one.

  • Applied for Financial Aid?: Yes. Though my CSS Profile was a failure and didn't go through, I wrote that I'd be applying for FA.

  • Gender: ...undecided. [This was the topic of my heartfelt essay.]
  • Income Bracket: middle class.
  • Hooks (URM, first generation college, etc.): Does TASP count? I don't think so.
Reflection
  • Strengths: I have no idea. Just being generally awesome?

General Comments: Yale wasn't even my first choice... but how am I going to say no? :3
