Hang in there buddy. Talk to someone close to you. Relax. Make a list of things you want to do and whenever you're in the mood, do one of them. I realize things times are tough for you, and you may feel emotionally drained. You're almost done. Don't let up. Work out. Get out of the house more often. Keep yourself busy. You'll get through it.
