Colgate Chats: What's appropriate to talk and what isn't?

I've been getting the Colgate Chat invitations for a while now and thought I'd give the March one a try! That's not the only reason though, I've been researching Colgate for a while and I really like it too

What's an appropriate question to ask? Is anything out of bounds?

The questions I'm planning on asking range from a TOEFL waiver (English isn't my first language but I've been in America for over 5 years and all my school elsewhere was in English. I don't feel like shelling out $150+ to prove that I can speak English) and a mini "chance me" (3.3 GPA and a 32 ACT - first try, I didn't study at all so I might retake it to hopefully compensate for the GPA) to, should I apply for financial aid (I don't have my green card and my need is pretty big) given my not so fabulous GPA (My parents got divorced Sophomore Year and I worked part time - my counselor knows about the divorce, so I'm hoping she mentions this in the rec).

Thanks!

(Oh and what do you think about me having a shot at Colgate and the financial aid dilemma?)
