For my state, the application is due on the 15th of April... it doesn't mention a nomination anywhere on the application, so I'm assuming you don't have to be nominated...? I have a 4.376 GPA and a 32 composite ACT score, and I'm 18 in my 422 class. Should I call a representative of this scholarship to make sure there isn't some kind of nomination process, or should I just fill this one out?
