| Accepted Stats:- SAT: didn't take
- SAT II: chem 780, math I 730, math II 740
- ACT: 35
- GPA: 4.477
- Rank: 11/300
- Other Tests (AMC, AP, IB): AMC: took them but I never got the scores back, so I didn't write it on my application / AP: Chem 5
Subjective- Essays: I've worked on them since the beginning of summer. I wouldn't be surprised if there was 150 hours of my time put in to each essay
- Teacher Recs: I got one from my Pre-calc/Trig teacher and one from my AP Chem teacher. They were good, but not great. I also got letters from my choir teacher (because I'm the piano accompanist), the head of the cardiovascular research department at Columbia University Medical Center (summer research internship), and from my orthodontist (on going internship). The last two wrote awesome letters
- Counselor Rec: I didn't read it
- Supplementary Material: a CD/DVD of 2 piano performances at Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, an art picture (charcoal drawing)
- Hook(recruited athlete, legacy, Nobel Prize):

College isn't all about straight A's and high SAT scores anymore. You have to get out and show you can do other things.
