People here seem to find whom they are looking for, even if it's not when they expected they would (my story). And with 50,000 students... there's plenty to pick from.
Yes, we still carry out that tradition. However, it's not always carried out (depends on the girl lol), but it still frequently happens... and me and my gf avidly participate in that tradition! Don't forget the tradition of kissing when the lights go off at midnight yell! Hehe, that's a great one too.
