help an international

hello!
im a girl from croatia (ex-yugoslavia, WWW.HR - About Croatia) and I attend the ib programme in a competitive school. im ranked in top 15%, 35-37 pts, i established mun and debate teams in my school, i was 5th on a national competition in french, in 9th grades i was in handball natioanl team and now i play soccer (recruitment) and basketball, voluntary work, and many other acitivites such as european youth parliament and yearbook, working for a month (40hrs/week) and will have pretty good recommendations.
i took sats 2, french and world history and got 660 (disappointing). i wont take the sat1 due to lack of time.
i'm looking for a liberal arts colleges that offer a need-based FA to ints.
i think croatia is underrepresented so i think this could be a plus as well.

i found mount holoyke college and i like it. do i have any chance?

can u suggest me any women's colleges with a liberal atmosphere on the campus and of course that i stand a chance?

thank you
