That's my main argument for SD. However, UofC will probably have smaller class sizes but no engineering. Is it possible to do a BS in physics and then do a masters in engineering? Also, since UofC is more prestigious than UCSD, wouldn't that make it easier to get into upper tier graduate schools for me? Or am I placing far too much importance on the name of the college rather than the college itself?
