Honestly, you should be fine taking 20C immediately, just be prepared to work hard, and don't fall behind. You'll be doing a lot of integrations, so make sure that's fresh. Other than that, you shouldn't have a problem, as long as you know your calculus.

What's your major, if you don't mind me asking?
The 20 series is only required for physics/chemistry/engineers/people getting BS's in psych & stuff.
