The FYSAAC office (or whatever its called now) is horrendous when it comes to AP scores. I was starting my 2nd semester jr year by the time they showed up on my transcript...after asking since the 2nd week of freshman year.
You really have to hound them for it to actually get done and the sooner you do it the better. Walking in with a copy of your official AP report is the best thing to do, as was said.
