5'-9-1/2" and 172. I work with a trainer and we are careful to make sure I get sufficient veggie protein to not lose reasonalbe muscle mass for someone my age. You eat a lot of calories but the tight control of the fats really results in leaning out fairly quickly combined with a regular workout regime. The difference in sleeping and general energy has been great.
BTW--the weekly massage has helped tremendously with quality of life. Its a stress buster and we alternate weeks between deep tissue and stretching.
