Imagine a situation.You worked for some company for 4 years and you barely got any raise.Lets say you earn 70k a year.BUT now you have an opportunity to quit your current job and go work for other company and get a salary of 100k per year.

You quit your job and work for the company 2 years.You earn 110k per year BUT again you got an opportunity to quit your job and go work for some other company and make 150k per year.

My question is-is this company skipping a good idea or its a better idea to join 1 company and work for it till the end waiting that maybe one day you will get promoted to CFO or any other high-paying position
