In mustard sauce, mashed up a little and piled inside an avacado half. One of my favorite camping lunches. Only one spoon to wash.
Fresh sound lovely. May I live to experience such a treat!
Koreans eat a little tiny anchovy like fish, that is prepared with a little sugar. About a quarter inch long, and dried. Kids are encouraged to eat them for the calcium content, mixed with rice. They taste lovely, if you like fishy things. I'm sure they'd be an omega 3 powerhouse as well.
