Have you gotten into both of them or are you just speculating? Both are great schools, and I'm sure both would prepare you equally well for med school, and both probably have similar med school acceptance rates (above the national average, i'm assuming). So, you should focus more on which school is the better fit for you. Could you see yourself making friends with the students? Do you like the surrounding area? How are the non science courses (you don't need to major in a science to go to med school)?
