The common room is big enough that all four desks fit in there, my d had their futon, a bigger fridge, a rug down etc. On the adult end, easily six to eight of us could still stand in the room. The bedrooms were decent sized- there was room to walk between the two beds. They were put up higher so there was room under the beds, she had shelves in there that we bought. The other room had a humongous closet that they hung up all of their stuff in. The boys across the hall had a corner room with a fireplace that the common room was huge. Never went in there to see more than that to help you with dimensions. When she went, there were blueprints of each room on the web. We tried to find them the next year for her dorm and never did.
