If anything, I might argue that Cornell is better for Pre-Med's. Not that it's a better school or anything at all related to that, but simply the fact that I've seen a few posts in the Brown forum about some of the pre-reqs for med school being mandatory P/F. Since they have to be taken for a letter grade, that makes things a little more difficult when choosing courses.
