Hey guys, I had some questions about scholarships.

1. How does the whole process of awarding scholarships work? Are all scholarships for a student awarded soon after they're accepted? Or are they just randomly awarded from now until May?

2. Are need based merit scholarships from the university awarded in the same fashion? Are they awarded with the pure merit based scholarships?

3. I still haven't submitted my PROFILE (been really busy, plan on submitted it his week at the latest). Will this hurt my chances at receiving any need based scholarships from the University? On my application, I did put down my parents income so maybe they'll know I need money from that?
