Will mid-high 80s kill my chances at top-tier US Schools (HYPSM, Duke, Chicago, etc)?

Those were my scores in the 2nd semester of my junior year. I still have a 91% overall average, and I expect that to increase after 1st semester this year, but I'm kind of worried.

I'm a black URM applying from Alberta, Canada (early-decision to Duke)
