Here's the bottom line: You attend a strong school and have a solid GPA. You are still young - networking and join some clubs (ideally in a leadership type of position). Once you polish your resume and build some contacts, you should be in good shape to break into IB as a junior (and possibly a soph with boutiques) and then pursue FT opps.
