Med schools care about more than your numbers. Do what you can to improve them, but beyond that just keep doing the things you're doing--focus on clinical exposure, volunteering, research, patient contact, leadership, employment, etc etc--and do your best. You can only improve numbers so much--make sure you'll bring more to the table than just a great MCAT score, and write about that well so your future med schools will see that there's a real person behind those stats.
