| I just found out, according to a Mr. Jones at UC, that I was partially in error regarding the honors program. I was right in that they do require a 3.8 unweighted GPA to get into the honors program. I guess if someone has taken all regulars courses plus some gyms and cooking and gets a 3.8 GPA, they will be admitted to honors over an IB student with a 3.5, as bizarre as this sounds.
However, they do allow transfers to the program if the student can get a 3.25 or better in their freshmen year. |
