College Confidential - View Single Post - How to calculate GPA at UGA??? Unweighted and weighted??

I need to know as I am applying for the fellowship scholarship. My high school adds 7 points for every honors/AP class. How does this translate to unweighted/weighted for UGA?

for unweighted does it mean I take off the 7 and calculate it on a 4.0 scale? or does it mean I keep the 7 but dont add .5 for every AP?
and for weighted does it mean I keep the 7? or take off the 7 and only add .5??
