Before tests, I like to go to the second floor of the union. It's really quiet because most of the people are sleeping and only on occasion will someone come through the hallway talking.
Also, in the PCL, I really like going to any of the floors, other than the first, which is like over the top loud. If you find one of those little desks, it can be really quiet without any distractions.
