I would regularly sleep at 1-2 AM prior to tests doing both productive and unproductive stuff. Then one day, I decided I could get a good night's sleep and go to bed at 10:30. You can actually FEEL the difference--trust me. Sleep early, get a good breakfast, and be confident. No need for supplements.
