Don't apply to GW ED for better chances at their BS/MD program, it will not help. More than likely if you're anything like the average applicant to multiple BS/MD programs you're a much stronger candidate than GW's general applicant pool, and you'd get in easily ED to GW and be binded to attend their undergrad no matter the results of your other applications.
