mom2collegekids- yes, i will recieve hope but it only accounts for $3,500 a year. That still leaves UGA's cost at around $16,500. I will be paying for the majority of my college costs as my parents are stuck with a loan from my father's recently acquired masters degree and they need to provide for my two younger sisters.
