Only about 35%-40% of legacies are admitted to Penn; so I would not consider you a shoe-in. Granted, you are a double legacy, so your chances are higher. Your business related EC's will help, but as other posters stated, a 690 on SAT Math (especially for Wharton) will not look especially good. However, I would say you have a very strong chance of admittance, even with your low Math score.
