Transferring out of NYU make sense?

I'm a current NYU sophomore student who loves the city and not having a "real" campus doesn't bother me, as it does some. I have no real qualms with NYU and have enjoyed my experience thus far. However, I've been considering applying for transfer to Brown. I know it's extremely difficult to transfer into Brown. However, I would love the open curriculum - as I currently feel that NYU's requirement's are quite vast and do not have a desire to take all of the required courses (I'm a philosophy/poli sci double major). Another factor is the cost of NYU coupled with their lack of FA. Does it seem reasonable to attempt to transfer or even feasible?
