@jumboshrimp, just let you know, your PSAT score is not bad considerning mine.
I was an exchange student in US when I took PSAT, so English is not my native language either, and I only got 179.
But I still got in SSP 2010. I know there are a lot of applicants with perfect SAT or ACT scores out there, or they are retaking SAT because they want to improve on a 2360, but don't let that become the reason not applying to SSP.
Score doesn't matter as much as you think. But if you have time, taking ACT or SAT subject tests may be a good idea. You can submit the application first and then update your new score. I sent them a 32 ACT , 800s in math and physics in Feburary.

Hope this helps!
