The program seems like a regular pay-to-take-college-classes-for-credit-type deal, so I don't think it will hurt. I'm not sure they still have room (as registration opened February 15 and there's no set deadline), and the price isn't
horrible for three weeks + credit. If you can afford it, I think participating will be a good experience and help you ensure that finance is indeed the field you intend to major in, or if you actually aren't that interested in it. If the former is true, then you get some classroom experience and three college credits.
