I know UCSC's global econ program is pretty good, I've heard it was "top-notch". UCSC also has a highly ranked international finance masters program, so I assume that it's faculty is great. From what I know about the CSUs, I dont think LB is very good but I could be wrong. I've only heard good things about SDSU and CSUF's programs in international business.
