dman a 3.15 and a decent SAT should at least get you into SAS. You can transfer into another school (eg engineering) later on, if your grades are good.
Calm down, don't worry. Worst case scenario: you go to community college for a year and then transfer to Rutgers. I did that with pharmacy school and I graduated and I'm fine.
