I was admitted to UT for nutrition, but switched to education during my first week. It's not one of the colleges you have to submit an application. Basically, you can just tell them that you want to switch your major to education and it's done. So I would think it would be easier to get into than other schools at UT, such as business. However, it is now ranked the program is ranked number 2 in the nation right now, so I don't know if that would make it more difficult nowadays.
