Okay, be sure to e-mail Harvard @
admpin@fas.harvard.edu with *your* email. in the mail, put "PIN" in the subject line & your name (first and last; for ex. "Jennifer Lopez") in the body. Then send. If you still have trouble, just wait a couple of days and try again. Your pin will come through the mail anyway.
Also, since you have hotmail, be sure to check your junk mail. That's where my e-mails from Harvard got sent to at first & I use Hotmail as well.
