^it would have to be the 15th. I don't see why the admissions staff would want to have to come into work on a Saturday. If for some reason they couldnt get them out before then, they would just wait until monday. SO THIS MEANS that east coast will get them friday/saturday. midwest sat/monday and west monday/tuesday?
